How The Program Works
The Anxiety Healing Program allows you to receive anxiety coaching anytime, anywhere. Too many people don’t get the help that they need because of time or cost restrictions. We addressed these concerns by making it more affordable and allowing you to do the program anywhere, even in your car during your work commute! The program is organized into two separate parts.
The first part is the audio portion
This portion is divided into nine MP3 downloads. During these audio recordings you will hear Kate, the creator and author of the program, lead four different individuals through a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) coaching session. Each person in the program addresses a different type of anxiety: General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), panic disorder, social anxiety and situational anxiety. Through the program you will learn to identify your type of anxiety, how to use different coping tools, and how to apply them to your situation. The participants in the audio recording share personal experiences of how anxiety affects them and how they are using the tools to cope and get their life back. Think of it as attending eight CBT sessions without having to leave the comfort of your own home. Each session is about 20 minutes long.
The second part of the program is the workbook
The workbook is an essential part of your success. In the workbook there will be exercises that correspond with each session. These exercises will help you to identify your specific type of anxiety, what tools will be most effective for you, and how you can overcome negative stressors in your life. The BASIC program has a PDF download included that allows you to print the journal at home. If you choose to purchase the PREMIUM program, you will get a PDF download as well as a high quality, color printed, spiral-bound journal. This will be mailed to you at no extra charge.
